バイスプレジデント リレーションシップマネージャー/ Vice President Relationship Manager

A multinational financial services company is seeking a Vice President, Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will lead client relationship management for Japan-based subsidiaries, delivering tailored financial solutions and driving business development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with Japan-based subsidiaries of GCB clients
• Drive business development activities and support onboarding, P&L monitoring, and prospecting initiatives
• Conduct financial, industry, and economic analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Cross-sell commercial banking products including credit, trade finance, treasury, FX, and leasing
• Collaborate with global and regional client teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Manage credit exposure and coordinate with risk and credit teams to ensure compliance
• Serve as escalation point for client issues and ensure a seamless client experience
• Contribute to the development of GCB APAC strategy and demonstrate leadership within the team
• Ensure all activities adhere to compliance and risk management standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance or economics
• More than 7 years of proven experience in commercial lending, investment banking, or financial services
• Proficient in financial modelling, corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting
• Possess a valid MBA qualification
• Fluent level English and Japanese
