APACコーポレートアクセスオリジネーター/ APAC Corporate Access Originator

A global investment management company is looking for an APAC Corporate Access Originator. The selected candidate will manage and coordinate corporate access activities across the region, with a strong focus on Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with investors to understand strategies and originate corporate access events
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and corporate access teams to enhance brand and partnerships
• Coordinate corporate access activities across APAC, especially Japan
• Align with global investment teams to meet their access needs in APAC
• Partner with brokers, vendors, and sell-side to manage event logistics
• Optimise conference scheduling and access processes through technology and internal improvements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience within financial services in particular corporate access and investor relations across the APAC region
• Proficient in MS Excel and database is ideal
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent level English and Japanese
