コンプライアンスマネージャー/ Compliance Manager

A global insurance technology company is looking for a Compliance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee legal and compliance operations, risk management, regulatory reporting, and compliance programmes related to the management of a small amount and short-term insurance company.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts and internal company regulations
• Review insurance product advertising and solicitation materials
• Handle consultations with external legal counsel
• Create and manage compliance programmes
• Conduct risk assessments including asset management and liquidity risks
• Manage conflicts of interest
• Prepare reports for regulatory authorities and disclosure documents
• Handle other legal and compliance duties
• Travel domestically and internationally for business as required
• Take on additional duties and tasks as required by the organisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Practical experience in a legal or compliance department at an insurance company
• Experience in a risk management department
• Experience dealing with regulatory authorities
• Cooperativeness, proactiveness, and leadership skills
• Professional level Japanese, business level English
