プライベートエクイティアソシエイト / Associate, Private Equity

A global financial services company is looking for an Associate, Private Equity | Real Assets. The selected candidate will support private equity and real assets transactions across Japan, from deal origination and valuation to due diligence, negotiations, and internal approvals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transaction execution across financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, documentation, and approvals
• Support the origination of new investment opportunities and transaction ideas
• Review asset acquisitions, including impact analysis and funding strategy
• Prepare management reports, board materials, marketing decks, and investor relations materials
• Handle deal administration, including NDA drafting and transaction documentation
• Collaborate with investors, legal advisors, financial advisors, and other transaction stakeholders

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in investment management gained from asset management, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, management consulting or advisory division within a major accounting firm
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in transaction in relevant sectors, such as infrastructure, energy,
  industrial
