自動車部品メーカーにてキーアカウントマネージャーの募集です。RFI/RFQの入手、見積もり対応並びに顧客との価格・コマーシャル条件の交渉などをお任せいたします。勤務地は神奈川県、愛知県、広島県のいずれかになります。愛知県勤務の場合は、広島県への出張が発生します。また、海外出張の可能性もございます。

職務内容:

  • PRGとの連携でカスタマーへの製品プロモーション活動を推進し、当社および製品を紹介し新規案件の開拓
  • 新規機会に対する製品ベンチマークおよびPoCの需要を調査し、PRG・BUと連携してプロジェクトを発足した後はコマーシャル面をリード
  • RFI・RFQ活動をリードしPRG・BUチームと連携を取りながら見積もり対応し、顧客からのノミネーションを獲得
  • 目標条件を理解した上で、顧客との価格並びにコマーシャル面での交渉をリード
  • 頻繁に顧客を訪問し、あらゆる部署・レベルでの関係構築を推進
  • 上長・本社からの指示に基づき面談を設定
  • 顧客との会話・リサーチを通じて顧客のニーズを把握し、PRG・BU・EMD側にフィードバック
  • リサーチを通じマーケットの状況・競合の情報を把握・戦略立案
  • 上長の指示に従い戦略会議などに使用する様々な資料の作成
  • ノミネーションを受けた後の試作対応におけるコマーシャル面のフォロー
  • ノミネーション後からSOP前までの試作対応以外のコマーシャル面での交渉のリード
  • 量産開始後の設計変更などに伴う価格交渉の対応
  • 量産開始後の突発事項への対応

応募要件:

  • 電気・電子部品の取り扱い経験
  • 自動車業界Tier1としての営業経験4年以上
  • 財務知識
  • 異文化に対する理解
  • 折衝・交渉、情報・分析スキル
  • 戦略立案、計画管理、顧客管理スキル
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • 初級レベルの中国語力尚可
