An international automotive components manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will spearhead design-engineering collaborations and sales initiatives for plastic fastener products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationships to secure a competitive advantage
  • Engage engineering teams early to position the company as the preferred solutions provider
  • Define technical requirements and support innovation strategies to win new business
  • Lead cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership in high-performing environments
  • Manage program launches, milestones, and reporting
  • Identify customer pain points and deliver value-added solutions
  • Project annual sales and develop long-range sales and growth strategies
  • Travel as needed and work across global time zones

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering
  • More than 10 years of experience working with a leading automotive company with deep knowledge of its development process
  • Experience in automotive parts design and development, especially plastic interior/exterior fasteners is preferred
  • Strong people management skills and change leadership experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in English
