プロジェクトリード/ Project Lead

An international truck and commercial vehicle company is looking for a Project Lead Ecosystem Development & Business Innovation. The selected candidate will drive initiatives for C.A.S.E. ecosystems and business innovation, with a focus on autonomous truck strategy, ecosystem development, business modelling, and partner collaboration. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of the autonomous trucking ecosystem target picture
• Develop future business models and go-to-market strategies
• Analyse customer use cases and identify potential future services and products
• Identify high-impact use cases and contribute to go-to-market approaches
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
• Drive Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and pilot programmes hands-on
• Ensure structured project management, timelines, and deliverables
• Support the design and integration of other C.A.S.E. ecosystems
• Identify synergies between ecosystem players and business areas
• Contribute to ecosystem strategy and vertical integration approaches
• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic insights
• Identify new business opportunities and support their validation
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including technology providers, startups, and logistics players
• Support partner identification, onboarding, collaboration, partnership agreements, and coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, project management, or business development
• Strong interest or experience in autonomous driving, transportation, or logistics
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive execution
• Business level Japanese and English
