職務内容:

  • 非連続な成長戦略に対する各事業部の納得感を醸成しつつ、事業・拠点戦略への落とし込みを支援
  • 現場の事業拡大機会（M&A含む）を把握し、実行を牽引
  • 事業環境の変化を見極め、ポートフォリオ戦略を完遂するためのカーブアウト、事業撤退、再編等の具体的なプロセスを設計し、経営幹部の合意形成と実行着手をリード
  • 変革を断行するためのコーポレートアジェンダ推進やSA化に向けたインフラ構築、および重要経営課題に関する特命プロジェクトを力強く推進
