カスタマープログラムマネージャー/ Customer Program Manager

A multinational technology company is seeking a Customer Program Manager. The selected candidate will manage program delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive cross-functional collaboration while addressing complex customer requirements. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-sales activities and delivery of customer programs for Automotive and enterprise clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product delivery meets and exceeds customer expectations
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and account managers to address escalations
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document critical communications, and engage with engineering and product units
• Champion best practices in risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and successful program delivery
• Act as a spokesperson for senior stakeholders, promoting collaboration and customer focus
• Represent customer needs in product units and follow up on operational activities and delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• More than 5 years of professional experience in project management and product lifecycle management
• Experience in the software development lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Automotive and enterprise industry trends
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Proficient in Japanese and English; Korean or another major language is a plus
