プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

An international technology company is searching for a Project Manager. The chosen candidate will lead automotive product projects from development to production, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and smooth cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall project activities for new product development and the expansion, replacement, and cost reduction of existing products
• Form and lead cross-functional teams to manage project schedules and tasks from customer requirements confirmation to mass production transition
• Implement project profitability evaluation and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with related departments and production plants to resolve issues and challenges
• Report project progress to management, request approvals, and conduct presentations

Requirements:

• Technical college, university graduate, or above
• Experience in project management in the automotive industry or other companies in the
  same industry
• General knowledge of financial statements (profitability evaluation, such as P&L, cost accounting, and forecast management)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Native level written and verbal Japanese; advanced level English (TOEIC 800+)

Preferred Requirements:

• General knowledge of electronic components such as connectors and sensors
• Experience in schedule management, such as production planning
• Experience in presentations in Chinese
