オーバーホール ビジネス エンジニア/ Overhaul Business Engineer

A global automotive company is looking for an Overhaul Business Engineer. The selected candidate will support engine shop operations, oversee commercial performance, and drive cost and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Support engine operations throughout the maintenance, repair, and overhaul process
• Provide technical assistance and manage technical investigations
• Analyse and report on ex-service engine part conditions and trends
• Manage financial and commercial aspects of engine shop visits
• Implement cost reduction initiatives to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with the Overhaul Business Manager to achieve team goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering domain (mechanical, aerospace, or relevant)
• Knowledge of relevant commercial aircraft engines
• Familiarity with overhaul shop practices, technical publications, and airline operational requirements,
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese is ideal
