運行管理マネージャー/ Drive Shift Manager

A global automotive manufacturer is looking for a Drive Shift Manager. The selected candidate will advance sustainability initiatives, strengthen sales and technical support, and translate global strategies into practical execution for the local business.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainability initiatives across daily operations, projects, and business activities
• Develop and execute sustainability and sales support strategies that create customer and business value
• Deliver technical training and provide product and solution support to sales teams and partners
• Identify sales needs, market issues, and improvement opportunities using data and market insights
• Collaborate with customers, dealers, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions
• Translate global strategies into local initiatives and support organisational transformation

Requirements:

• Experience in the auto industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 700+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Prior experience in sales engineering, technical support, or training roles
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Background in an entrepreneur environment
