シニアエンジニア/ Senior Engineer

A global engineering and technology company is seeking a Senior Engineer. The selected candidate will lead complex engineering projects, provide technical guidance, and drive process improvements in thermal and fluid sciences. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain input and collaborate with stakeholders to guide project decisions and design optimisation
• Make decisions on project analysis, testing, and communication to ensure successful project progression
• Apply and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies for high-quality decision making
• Lead and manage smaller business impact projects or own complex components, products, or systems
• Coordinate and guide the work of technicians and junior engineers, transferring technical knowledge
• Influence technical direction and act as a recognised specialist within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a relevant STEM field
• Prior Senior or Lead Engineer level experience in a relevant discipline
• Experience in engine control logic reading
• Previous Simulink experience
• Proficient in combustion and emissions science, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, product failure mode avoidance, and systems engineering
• Skilled in product modelling, simulation, problem-solving, and control system design
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and act as a bridge between the company and customers
• Strong aftertreatment design skills
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
