アプリケーション＆エグゼキューションエンジニア/ Application & Execution Engineer

A renowned automotive manufacturer is looking for an Application & Execution Engineer. The selected candidate will lead the technical execution of diesel genset enclosure solutions and ensure smooth integration at factories and customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of diesel genset enclosure solutions for Japan-based projects
• Oversee system integration and installation at factories and customer sites
• Manage technical orders including drawings, documentation, and manuals
• Supervise local teams and suppliers, and ensure clear on-site communication
• Coordinate with Project Manager to align technical solutions with budget
• Support service teams and contribute to quality analysis and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in engineering genset enclosure solutions in the diesel engine/ generator industry
• Experience in regional engineering project management, site installation, site supervision and commissioning of diesel genset
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
