営業マネージャー/ Sales Manager
A global automotive company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of managing customer relationships and driving commercial activities to achieve project and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the RFI and RFQ process for assigned OEM accounts
- Serve as the primary customer representative within the company
- Coordinate cash-in and accounts receivable for customer invoices, including prototypes and investments
- Prepare and submit customer quotations on time
- Ensure receipt of all contractual documents related to customer projects
- Validate purchase order contractual obligations with the Legal department
- Review contractual and warranty obligations with corporate legal, customers, suppliers, and third parties
- Lead price negotiations and revisions during development and production phases, including replacement parts
- Monitor price revisions, invoicing accuracy, and payment consistency
- Support project profitability and continuous improvement of material margins
- Propose cost-saving initiatives and optimise cash flow
- Identify project risks and support action plan implementation
- Monitor customer scorecards and manage customer portals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above (business is preferred)
- More than 10 years of experience in sales in automotive (Tier 1) or high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with the assigned OEM
- Experienced negotiator
- Financial literacy
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry
- Business level Japanese and English
