資金管理・財務担当/ Corporate Treasury Staff

A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for a Corporate Treasury Staff. The role focuses on improving treasury operations, financial risk management and digital treasury systems. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash management, settlements, liquidity and working capital
• Develop funding and capital strategies aligned with shareholder and private equity expectations
• Manage foreign exchange, interest rate and counterparty risks and related hedging activities
• Build relationships with banks and financial institutions to support cost effective financing
• Promote the implementation and utilisation of Kyriba and other digital treasury tools
• Lead insurance and risk management activities with domestic and international insurers and brokers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in cash, cash transactions, cash management, fundraising, and other financial tasks at a manufacturer
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English is a plus

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using Kyriba (TMS) or SAP
