グローバルトレジャリー担当ディレクター/ Director, Global Treasury

A multinational semiconductor company is looking for a Director, Global Treasury. The selected candidate will lead global liquidity, funding, financial risk management, treasury operations, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global cash forecasting, liquidity planning, cash allocation, and intercompany funding strategies
• Develop funding and capital structure plans, including debt, refinancing, and acquisition financing
• Manage foreign exchange, interest rate, counterparty, and other financial market risks
• Oversee banking relationships, treasury policies, payment controls, insurance programs, and regulatory compliance
• Drive treasury systems implementation, automation, analytics, and global process standardisation
• Advise executive leadership while developing the global treasury team and supporting M&A activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related domain
• 12-15 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related finance roles
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing or technology company
• Prior experience managing treasury activities across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
• Background in negotiating with banks and financial institutions
• Understanding of global cash management, FX risk management, debt financing, banking, and treasury controls
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese is ideal

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry
• Prior experience working in a Japanese-headquartered multinational company
• Proven experience with SAP, S/4HANA, treasury management systems, bank connectivity platforms, or payment factory structures
• Background in capital markets transactions, credit rating agency interactions, or large-scale refinancing
• Understanding of IFRS
• Possess valid CFA, CPA, CMA, CTP, or MBA qualification
