トレジャリートランスフォーメーションリーダー/ Treasury Transformation Leader

A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for a Treasury Transformation Leader. The selected candidate will oversee liquidity, financing, financial risk, banking relationships, and treasury transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise company-wide cash positions, liquidity, and working capital
• Develop debt, capital structure, and financing strategies aligned with shareholder expectations
• Manage foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risks through effective hedging and governance
• Strengthen relationships with banks and financial stakeholders to secure cost-effective funding
• Drive the implementation and adoption of Kyriba and other digital treasury tools
• Lead treasury transformation projects to establish a best-in-class function within three years

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in finance-related tasks such as cash management and fundraising at a manufacturer
• Professional level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using Kyriba (TMS) or SAP
• Experience in overseas assignments
