A global financial services institution is looking for a Japan Treasury & Financing Services Analyst/Associate. The selected candidate will manage securities settlements, resolve trade breaks, support payment flows, and drive process improvements across treasury operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process equity and fixed income settlements in the local market
• Manage cash payments related to trade settlement flows
• Investigate and resolve settlement exceptions and trade breaks
• Prepare and release payment and trade instructions to custodian banks
• Escalate settlement risks and support risk mitigation plans
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of basic local market payment and settlement flows
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
