年末調整担当/ Year-end Tax Specialist

A global human resource services company is looking for a Year-End Tax Specialist. The selected candidate will support year-end tax processes and ensure accurate employee tax data management. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Update employee information in payroll systems
• Review and verify data in the year-end tax adjustment portal
• Handle paperwork related to year-end tax procedures
• Coordinate with ward offices via phone or email
• Respond to tax-related inquiries
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements:

• Experience in an international environment is ideal
• Prior experience in payroll or accounting is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Fluent level Japanese
