シニアファイナンスコントローラー/ Internal Audit Senior Associate

An international financial services company is looking for an Internal Audit Senior Associate. The selected candidate will conduct risk-based audits, evaluate controls, communicate findings, and support regional and global audit initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Execute risk-based audits covering markets, securities services, sales, and research operations
• Assess risks, test controls, report findings, and validate remediation actions
• Provide audit management and stakeholders with updates on operational, business, risk, and technology controls
• Communicate audit findings clearly and recommend practical control improvements
• Apply computer-assisted audit tools and identify opportunities for automated auditing and continuous monitoring
• Monitor regulatory developments, market events, and emerging risks while supporting regional and global audits

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of professional experience
• Experience covering Global Markets, Securities Services, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or other regulated financial services businesses
• Background in Internal Audit functions
• Strong knowledge of key risks and controls, control testing methodologies, audit findings, root-cause analysis, and remediation actions
• Solid understanding of audit principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated potential for professional growth and development
• Professional level Japanese and English
