内部監査人/ Internal Auditor

A global financial services institution is looking for an Internal Auditor - Global Markets (Equities) - Associate. The selected candidate will lead audits across markets businesses, assess control effectiveness, and provide insights on risk, operations, technology, and regulatory developments.

Responsibilities:

• Assess control frameworks across markets businesses and recommend improvements
• Lead audits from risk assessment and planning to testing, reporting, and issue closure
• Provide timely updates on control design, effectiveness, and emerging industry themes
• Communicate audit findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
• Monitor regulatory changes, market events, and emerging risks to support audit coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or a related domain
• More than 6 years of audit or relevant compliance/regulatory experience within financial services, a major accounting firm, or a regulatory body
• Experience leading audits and executing audit methodology from planning through issue closure
• Understanding of internal control concepts and the ability to evaluate control design and effectiveness
• Concrete skills
• Special requirements
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with automated auditing or analytics tools (Alteryx, ACL)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Understanding of equities markets and front-to-back processes

• Possess valid CPA, CA, CIA, CAMS, or equivalent qualifications

• Ability and willingness to travel
