オペレーションファイナンスマネージャー/ Operation Finance Manager

A renowned apparel company is looking for an Operation Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee finance operations, monthly closing, internal controls, audit coordination, team management and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee AR, AP and treasury operations, including cash application and payment processing
• Manage monthly closing processes and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Drive finance process automation and operational efficiency
• Strengthen internal controls, segregation of duties and approval processes
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits and manage audit responses
• Develop and manage a four-member finance team while improving accountability
• Coordinate outsourced and BPO partners to maintain quality and drive automation
• Lead AI and automation-enabled process improvement initiatives
• Execute ad hoc reporting and finance projects

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of accounting or finance experience in a mid-sized company
• More than 5 years of experience in team management
• Experience with monthly closing
• Prior experience building or documenting internal controls and supporting statutory audit response
• Proven experience leading process automation/improvement projects
• Background in coaching and developing team members with diverse circumstances
• Prior background with AI/automation tools
• Skilled in SAP, Power BI, Excel automation, or equivalent systems
• Business level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Prior management experience at a foreign-affiliated company
