経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global aerospace company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will lead consolidated closing, IFRS transition, global accounting standardisation, M&A integration, internal controls, and finance transformation initiatives across Japan and overseas operations. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated closing processes
• Drive the IFRS transition project and global accounting standardisation
• Oversee consolidation of global entities, including newly acquired businesses
• Lead accounting integration for M&A activities, including purchase price allocation support and post-merger integration
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and business teams globally
• Improve accounting processes and systems, including SAP upgrades and automation initiatives
• Drive finance transformation initiatives within a private equity-owned environment
• Take ownership of key deliverables in a lean and rapidly evolving organisation
• Work closely with finance teams and stakeholders in Japan and overseas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of IFRS with practical experience in accounting standards
• Solid accounting fundamentals with the ability to interpret accounting standards and articulate accounting positions
• Experience working in global consolidation and multi-entity environments
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in IFRS conversion
• Exposure to M&A, integration, or due diligence
• Possess a valid CPA, Nissho Boki Level 2+, or equivalent certification
