シニアファイナンスコントローラー/ Senior Finance Controller

An international facilities management company is looking for a Senior Finance Controller. The selected candidate will oversee finance operations, financial controls, reporting, FP&A, compliance, and financial performance across the business. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance operations and financial activities
• Manage accounting, financial control, FP&A, and treasury functions
• Prepare financial statements and periodic reports
• Monitor project financial performance and profitability
• Manage P&L and budget performance
• Oversee payroll and related finance activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Maintain accurate and consistent financial records
• Manage account reconciliations and financial analysis
• Address complex accounting and financial issues
• Develop and implement finance policies and procedures
• Monitor performance against budgets and support corrective actions
• Utilise ERP systems and financial software
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Keep up to date with accounting principles and regulatory changes
• Support a safe and compliant working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, administration (MBA is a plus)
• More than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in a large organisation with various stakeholders
• Prior experience with corporate budgeting, overseas reporting, and financial performance
• Understanding of standards, regulations and legislative requirements for reporting, tax, auditing
• Knowledge of IFRS16 Lease accounting
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
