ファイナンスディレクター/ Director of Finance

A luxury hospitality company is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to lead its Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and MIS functions. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, closing, audits, internal controls, and team development while supporting business growth and executive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and MIS functions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Manage monthly and year-end closing
• Lead audits and internal controls
• Provide financial reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Support executive decision-making through financial analysis
• Develop and mentor the finance team

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including management experience
• Experience with financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and audits
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in luxury or international hotel finance
• Previous Director of Finance or equivalent leadership experience
