コントローリングスペシャリスト/ Controlling Specialist

A renowned automotive body systems manufacturer is looking for a Controlling Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee project financial performance, analyse key business metrics, and deliver management reporting to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Project Controller for assigned projects
• Analyse project P&L and balance sheet performance
• Monitor working capital, costs, expenses, and revenues
• Evaluate pricing and project profitability
• Assess return on investment and other key financial metrics
• Prepare management reports to support business decisions

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of controlling experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid Level 3 Bookkeeping Certification (JCCI)
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 500+) is ideal

Preferred requirements:

• Prior controlling experience in automotive industry
