アシスタントファイナンスコントローラー/ Assistant Finance Controller

A global FMCG company is looking for an Assistant Finance Controller. The selected candidate will manage core accounting operations, month-end close, accounts payable, reconciliations, financial controls, and third-party finance service providers. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and purchase-to-pay activities, including invoices, expenses, accruals, and payments
• Oversee AP reconciliations, vendor queries, invoice resolution, and urgent payment requests
• Perform record-to-report activities, bank reconciliations, GL clearing, and cash-related issue resolution
• Manage month-end close, trial balance reviews, financial reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
• Coordinate with procurement, finance teams, and third-party service providers on finance operations and process changes
• Support finance controls, process automation, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in balance sheet account reconciliations review and enhancements
• Knowledge of Purchase to Pay, support Month End Close, Internal Audits, Internal Controls, Employee reimbursements

Preferred requirements:

• Experience on SAP
• Understanding of Record to Report and Purchase to Pay upstream and downstream experience
