プラントファイナンスパートナー/ Plant Finance Partner

A global pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Plant Finance Partner. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, performance analysis, and business partnering to support plant operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial closing and management reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Analyse financial performance and explain key business variances
• Develop dashboards, presentations, and management reports
• Improve finance processes and support system enhancements
• Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for value creation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (finance, accounting, business administration, or a related domain is ideal)
• More than 3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, and financial analysis
• Prior experience partnering with business functions and stakeholders
• Understanding of cost management and performance management
• Business level English; fluent level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in plant finance within a global company
• Prior experience in management accounting and cost accounting at a manufacturing site
• Proven experience in capital investment planning and investment management
• Background in leading business transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Prior background with data analysis and the use of digital tools for business decision-making
