財務マネージャー/コントローラー/ Finance Manager/Controller

A global trading company is seeking a Finance Manager/Controller. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, and finance team leadership while ensuring accurate reporting to management and headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage financial closing processes and ensure the accuracy of financial reports
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Design and maintain internal control frameworks to ensure compliance and minimise financial risks
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory reporting, tax reporting, and regulatory filing requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis
• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team while establishing accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English; proficient in Chinese
