シニアファイナンスコントローラー/ Senior Finance Controller

A global technology consulting and professional services company is looking for a Senior Finance Controller. The successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis while partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 12-month rolling forecasts, yearly business planning, financial modelling, and capacity modelling for the support organisation
• Drive the budgeting process to ensure alignment with corporate goals and financial performance expectations
• Analyse current and historical trends across revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and expenses
• Own HFM reporting and maintain financial consolidation structures, hierarchies, and reporting processes
• Enhance budgeting, forecasting, operating planning, and financial modelling tools and processes
• Prepare monthly dashboards, operational reporting, margin analysis, headcount reporting, and executive management reporting
• Provide detailed analysis of budget versus actuals, forecast versus actuals, and key business drivers with actionable recommendations
• Lead month-end financial processes, including expense accruals, global billing, project accounting, and third-party contract profitability analysis
• Partner with functional leaders to improve revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency through proactive financial management
• Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts, receivables collection, and working capital management
• Deliver financial reporting and business analysis
