• Analyse profitability, revenue, and margin performance to support commercial decision-making
• Lead financial forecasting and planning activities to guide strategic business priorities
• Drive digitization and process improvements to simplify workflows and enhance data integrity
• Provide strategic advisory on pricing, opex management, and financial risk to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in process management, with the ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency and compliance
• Advanced collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across functions and align financial insights with business priorities
• Advanced communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Intermediate proficiency in profitability analysis, including evaluating margin and revenue drivers to support commercial strategy
• Intermediate proficiency in financial forecasting, including building forecasts that guide planning and resource allocation
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect financial performance to broader operational and market dynamics
• Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and proposing solutions to financial challenges
• Professional level Japanese and English
