財務人事コントローラー/ Finance HR Controller

A global fashion company is looking for a Finance HR Controller. The selected candidate will lead HR cost forecasting, reporting, and data governance while driving insights and process optimisation across multiple entities. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-entity staff cost forecasting cycles ensuring accuracy and alignment
• Analyse variances and deliver strategic insights to HR and Finance stakeholders
• Oversee HR accruals including recruitment, leave reserves, and bonuses
• Manage HR reporting, headcount tracking, and KPI analysis with actionable insights
• Drive data governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency of HR databases
• Optimise processes through automation, digital tools, and cross-entity initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or controlling
• Background in HR controlling and payroll cost structures
• Knowledge of cost centres, P&L/BS impacts, payroll flows, and staff cost accounting
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management related to HR costs
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level English and Japanese

• Interest in AI, automation, or data analytics
