財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned data centre services company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance activities while supporting strategic initiatives and business growth. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group-wide accounting and financial reporting activities
• Prepare and consolidate management and statutory financial reports with HQ collaboration
• Implement standardised financial reporting processes and systems
• Oversee AR/AP functions, month-end and year-end closing, and audit processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, treasury operations, and tax compliance
• Deliver financial analysis, variance reporting, and support M&A and integration initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, or accounting disciplines
• More than 5 years of experience in a multi-country or regional environment
• Experience in post-merger financial integration
• Possess valid CPA or equivalent qualification
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in telecommunications or digital infrastructure sectors
