FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global luxury patisserie company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and data visibility initiatives to support management decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual budget and re-forecast processes with management-ready presentations
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and actions to support business targets
• Partner with business units to strengthen budget ownership and follow-up
• Analyse P&L performance, gross margin, production costs, and COGS
• Prepare sales, product, category, market, cash, CAPEX, and stock analyses for monthly business reviews
• Improve finance processes, reporting visibility, ERP automation, and BI tool implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, business or a related field (MBA or accounting qualification is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, financial analysis or related finance roles
• Business level Japanese and English (French is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Prior retail, FMCG, food production or standard costing experience
