FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A renowned biopharmaceutical company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support for commercial and business leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead long-range planning, annual planning, and forecast processes aligned with business goals
• Partner with business leaders on strategic planning, performance management, and financial decision-making
• Provide financial guidance for product launches, business opportunities, resource planning, and contract discussions
• Coordinate pricing, scenario planning, sales planning, and demand forecasting with commercial teams
• Prepare financial reports, KPIs, P&L analysis, and management presentations for senior stakeholders
• Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and processes while ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is ideal)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Fluent level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid CPA or relevant certifications
• More than 7 years of experience in finance
• More than 3 years of experience as FP&A, or business partnering roles in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices
• Experience with SAP or Power BI
