財務企画アナリスト/ Financial Planning Analyst

A global fashion company is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst. The selected candidate will lead budgeting and forecasting activities, analyse sales and profitability, prepare business reports and plans, and provide financial insights to support operational decisions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead net sales planning and analysis
• Analyse and report retail KPIs and productivity performance
• Manage inventory control, including annual stocktaking
• Prepare profitability projections for new store projects
• Provide feedback and financial analysis to other departments on planned initiatives
• Update planning templates and liaise with other departments during planning processes
• Review and adjust overall costs and profitability
• Upload planning information to relevant business systems
• Prepare and submit business plans for new store projects
• Prepare and maintain five-year business plans for net sales and profit
• Conduct weekly and monthly KPI performance reporting
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and project work

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting
• Experience in a similar commercial position in a B2C industry
• Finance or accounting experience is desirable
• Strong technical skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and affinity towards IT systems
• Proficient in Japanese and English
