プリンシパルFP&A/ Principal FP&A

An international technology and e-commerce company is looking for a Principal FP&A. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, business performance analysis, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making in partnership with cross-functional business leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the profit and loss performance of a fast-growing business
• Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to achieve strategic objectives
• Analyse business performance, identify root causes of variances, and recommend data-driven solutions
• Develop financial forecasts, models, and performance analysis using large datasets
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to support business growth and decision-making
• Support financial modelling for new business launches, supplier negotiations, and customer analysis
• Develop automated reporting solutions using business intelligence tools
• Maintain and improve financial dashboards and reporting processes

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced organisation
• Team management experience
• Experience leading and developing financial processes, models, and tools
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Expertise in financial modelling and data analysis
• Experience establishing and managing key performance indicators
• Native level Japanese; professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid MBA, CPA or CA qualification
• SQL or NoSQL experience
