FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

An international sports equipment and apparel manufacturer is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic finance initiatives for the Japan business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and process improvements
• Analyse performance and prepare presentation materials for Japan leadership
• Support financial planning for new business initiatives
• Analyse markets, competitors, and customer segments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (accounting or economics is a plus)
• More than 3 years of work experience at multinational companies
• Experience in FP&A
• Prior experience in preparing presentation materials
• Understanding of Japanese accounting operations, tax systems, tax law, and US GAAP
• Knowledge of ERP
• Professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of SAP
• Possess valid CPA qualification
