ITファイナンスアナリスト/ IT Finance Analyst

A global medical equipment manufacturing company is looking for an IT Finance Analyst. The selected candidate will support IT budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, cost optimisation, and governance for the Global IT organisation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support annual and mid-term IT financial planning across global teams
• Manage IT budgeting, performance tracking, KPI analysis, and financial reporting
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and management presentations
• Analyse financial data, build models, and recommend cost optimisation actions
• Support forecasting, cost allocation, chargeback models, compliance, and financial controls
• Drive IT finance governance, process improvement, automation, and stakeholder coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, and business administration
• More than 3 years of business experience working in a dedicated IT finance role which is supporting a larger IT function
• Experience in IT service cost modelling/pricing
• Skilled in financial analysis, problem-solving and financial modelling techniques
• Knowledge of best practice processes (actual vs budget reporting, IT forecasting, budgeting) and tools used for (IT) financial management
• Proficient in English and Japanese
