FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A multinational consumer healthcare and nutrition company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning and analysis activities, provide strategic insights, and partner with key business functions to drive profitability and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, analysis, and review of forecasts, budgets, and financial models for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with commercial, regional, and division teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Act as a key stakeholder in decision-making by providing risk-adjusted financial insights and analysis
• Identify financial gaps, risks, and opportunities and propose sustainable solutions
• Monitor and evaluate brand financial performance to support commercial planning and target setting
• Develop, communicate, and monitor financial KPIs to ensure profit targets are achieved
• Provide action-oriented reporting and analytics to Commercial and Leadership Teams
• Consolidate budgets across departments to enhance governance and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or Finance
• More than 5 years of experience in finance or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of financial and business analysis processes
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BigQuery
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically 2-3 times per year

• Native level Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with advanced financial systems such as SAP, Domo, Sigma, or Snowflake
