投資アナリスト/ Investment Analyst

A global hospitality company is looking for an Investment Analyst. The selected candidate will evaluate hotel investment opportunities, conduct feasibility analysis, and support deal structuring and approvals while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate franchised and managed hospitality projects through market research, facility reviews, feasibility studies, and financial projections
• Develop strategic positioning and coordinate project reviews with key internal stakeholders
• Assess commercial terms and perform deal valuation using internal investment models
• Manage deal underwriting documentation and support investment approval processes
• Coordinate priorities and guide stakeholders to meet internal and external project timelines
• Conduct strategic research projects and support training of analysts and interns for the Japan market

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business/Finance or Economics, Real Estate
• More than 5 years of experience in Hotel, Valuation and/or Finance
• Experience in Japan hotel markets
• Prior experience in market research, hotel operations and feasibility required
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of real estate investment & valuation
