FP&Aスペシャリスト/ FP&A Specialist

A global medical devices company is seeking an FP&A Specialist. The selected candidate will provide financial insights, lead forecasting processes, and support business decisions as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities:

• Support commercial stakeholders with financial insights to guide strategic decisions
• Identify and resolve business issues with minimal supervision
• Lead S&OP processes as the Finance representative for robust forecasting
• Manage revenue forecasting systems, ensuring coordination with stakeholders
• Oversee budget and forecast preparation across various cycles
• Provide financial reports and analyses to support forecasts and decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is a plus)
• More than 7 years of experience in finance
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A domain
• Experience in foreign affiliated companies that carry inventory products
• Prior experience in FP&A as a business partner
• Proven experience in S&OP process is preferred
• Background in creating financial presentation for management
• Prior background in FMCG or medical device industry is ideal
• Ability and willingness to travel
