FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A foreign medical device manufacturer is searching for an FP&A Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for financial planning, business performance analysis, budgeting process management, and other cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning and business performance analysis for assigned Business Units

• Oversee the budgeting process management
• Monitor and update P&L forecast quarterly
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the assigned BU or Japan management team
• Provide value-added financial information and analysis to the assigned BU management
• Lead and support the effective deployment of global or regional finance processes and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is preferred)
• More than 8 years of professional experience
• More than 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis function
• Experience in the healthcare industry in a manufacturing function is a plus
• Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint, SAP or equivalent
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Possess a valid Certified Public Accountant or equivalent qualification is advantageous
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English
