経理・財務担当/ Finance Accountant

An international adhesives manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Accountant. The selected candidate will manage financial reporting and tax activities, support budgeting and cost analysis, maintain internal controls, and coordinate with internal teams, authorities, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general accounting and financial reporting for group, management, tax and local authorities, and auditors
• Maintain expense controls, financial policies, and internal controls to protect company assets and cash
• Coordinate with the shared service centre, intercompany affiliates, Corporate and Asia Pacific teams, local authorities, banks, auditors, and cross-functional departments
• Calculate and submit tax documents and follow up on tax payments to tax authorities
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and detailed balance sheet and income statement schedules in accordance with corporate accounting policies
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow management
• Support the financial budgeting process according to group instructions
• Ensure proper cost calculation and intercompany sales price setting according to group policy
• Analyse actual results against budget and forecast to identify cost improvement plans and initiatives
• Support meeting facilitation, inventory and fixed asset counting, and visitor arrangements
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure relevant systems and operations run smoothly
• Manage and maintain legal documents and contracts in accordance with group policy
• Ensure appropriate monthly payroll accounting through effective coordination with HR and the Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Basic knowledge of finance operations, accounting, and taxation
• Experience in tax calculation, submission, and tax payments
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Financial Management
• Experience in manufacturing costing and reporting
• SAP knowledge
• Possess a valid Boki Level 2+ qualification
