A healthcare company is looking for an Accounting and Finance role. The chosen applicant will be responsible for general accounting tasks within the Accounting & Finance department. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments
• Create journal entries for invoices and expense reimbursements
• Handle account closing tasks
• Manage budgets
• Prepare materials for board meetings and shareholder meetings, depending on experience and preferences
• Create statutory disclosure documents such as securities reports and financial statements
• Prepare timely disclosure documents
• Liaise with auditors and tax accountants

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting tasks
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Possession of Level 2 or higher in the Japan Bookkeeping Certification Exam
