財務スタッフ/ Finance Staff

A global industrial machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Staff member. The selected candidate will manage financial closing, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and coordination with global headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and annual financial closing, including cost accounting and variance analysis
• Prepare profit and free cash flow forecasts
• Develop budgets for profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Produce monthly financial reports for global and regional headquarters
• Coordinate financial matters with overseas accounting and management teams
• Prepare annual financial statements, expense analyses, and cash flow data

Requirements:

• Experience with financial closing under IFRS accounting standards
• Prior experience with financial closing under J-GAAP accounting standards
• Proven experience in budget preparation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience operating ERP systems
• Prior experience with cloud tools
• Proven experience with J-SOX compliance processes
• Background at a publicly listed company in Japan
• Prior background with corporate income tax matters
• Understanding of transfer pricing taxation rules
