財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial accounting, closing, tax, budgeting, and team management to strengthen financial control and business visibility. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial accounting operations across assets, accruals, payroll, cash, insurance, reserves, royalties, and lease accounting
• Review financial statements and account reconciliations to ensure compliance with group accounting policies
• Drive process improvements to streamline accounting activities and support regulatory compliance
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accurate reporting packs
• Oversee tax documentation, external accountant coordination, and audit responses
• Develop annual budgets, monitor spending, update forecasts, and manage a finance team of three

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance
• More than 10 years of professional experience
• More than 2 years of people management and leadership experience
• Understanding of IFRS
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior ERP System implementation experience
