経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global provider of health and security risk management services is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will manage accounting operations, support financial reporting and audits, supervise the accounting team, and ensure accurate and timely financial processes across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete recording of financial transactions to support profit and loss, balance sheet reviews, and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support year-end financial audits
• Prepare journal entries and monthly accruals
• Track capital expenditure and maintain related records
• Support process improvement initiatives and document accounting workflows
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
• Ensure compliance with General Affairs Policy and Procedures (GAPP)
• Ensure accounting and reporting treatments comply with Group requirements, including new products
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting and tax standards
• Supervise, manage, and develop the local accounting team
• Maintain effective communication with Shared Services, FP&A, and key stakeholders to support timely and accurate financial closing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting
• Experience with accounting systems, policies, procedures, and accounting and audit within a multinational organisation
• Experience working in a fast-paced multinational service environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Knowledge of Sun6 Accounting and Cognos preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage large volumes of data, and develop creative solutions
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
