上級会計士/ Senior Accountant

A global freight forwarding and logistics company is looking for a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will manage vendor payments, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting while supporting system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily vendor payments through internet banking
• Report incoming payments to operational teams in a timely manner
• Register settlement transactions with overseas entities and reconcile balances
• Manage GL, AR collections, AP registrations, and settlement entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies
• Support ERP and accounting system improvements by coordinating with IT teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of experience in accounting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 750+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience of ERP (SAP)
• Prior experience in working for foreign company with cultures of western countries
• Possess valid JCCI Bookkeeping skill test 2nd grade+ qualification
